Yesterday I baked some chunky biscuits for the monster to take into school, inspired by the Great British Bake Off for sports relief and to raise money. These are peanut butter with peanut M & M’s, although one could change the peanut butter for cashew or another nut butter and add smarties or sweet of choice. Very quick to make and bake, just avoid eating them if you are detoxing! I always buy palm oil free peanut butter, Meridian or Sunpat.
